At Coin7, we respect your privacy and your rights to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Send an email to app@coin7.org with the subject line “Request Account Deletion.”
- In the email, provide your User ID or the email address that you used to register your account.
- Briefly explain your reason for wanting to delete your account. This is valuable for us in order to improve our services, but it’s not mandatory.
Please note, this process is irreversible. Once your account has been deleted, we cannot restore it or provide you with access to any of the data that was in this account.
Upon account deletion, all the data we have stored associated with your account will be deleted. This includes your profile, your personal details, your transaction history, and all information linked with your account.
However, in some instances, we may be compelled to retain certain data for a set period of time to comply with our legal obligations, or to prevent fraud and abuse. We will inform you in our response to your request for account deletion if this is the case.
